Microcinema
EPFC's 60-seat microcinema is a comfortable and intimate venue in which to view the best of truly independent and underground film and video. We project DVD, DV-Cam, Mini-DV, VHS, 16mm, Super 8, 8 mm and yes, even Laser Disc! Sell your TV and come to the cinema!
Our Thursday night microcinema series features experimental, documentary and animated films from around our neighborhood and around the world, often with the filmmakers/curators in attendance for lively post-screening discussions. Our quarterly Open Screen event invites new and established filmmakers to join in the fun by presenting works of ten minutes or less. All shows begin at 8 pm; $5 suggested donation at the door.
